Shipping Policy

1. What this policy covers

This Shipping Policy applies to all ready-to-wear items and to all custom items. Custom items are made to order and are shipped once they have been received at Caleb & Co from production.

2. Where we ship

We ship to wherever you are, both in-state (within Alaska) and out-of-state.

3. Who pays for shipping

Free Economy shipping is available on US orders of $50 or more.

Otherwise, all shipping costs, in-state and out-of-state, are the client's responsibility, unless your order, invoice or product listing specifically states that shipping is included in the purchase price.

4. We do not profit from shipping

Caleb & Co makes no money on shipping. The shipping you pay covers the cost of getting your order to you.

★★★ IMPORTANT ★★★

!!! NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS !!!

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Custom items are final sale

All custom items are final sale. As is the nature of all things custom, there are absolutely no refunds, no returns and no exchanges.

When you place a custom order, fabric is purchased specifically for you and tailors are hired to make your garment. Once tailors are hired and your fabric is cut, no refund will be issued for any reason.

2. Fit, revisions and alterations

Revisions and alterations are handled when your garment arrives. You will try it on to confirm it is to your liking, and any adjustments are handled at that time.

3. Alteration allotment

  • Each custom suit includes a $200 alteration allotment.
  • Each custom shirt includes a $45 alteration allotment.

The same rules apply to suits and shirts: the allotment is applied toward alterations to get your fit right. It does not change the no refund, no return and no exchange policy.

Clients outside Anchorage: Caleb & Co will coordinate with a local tailor near you and agree on the work needed. Caleb & Co covers the first $200 for a suit or the first $45 for a shirt. Any cost above the allotment is collected from you, and Caleb & Co pays the tailor directly.

4. If we make a mistake

If Caleb & Co is negligent and your garment does not match your order (for example, a black suit arrives brown), Caleb & Co will remake the garment to match your order details exactly, at no cost to you. Even in this case, there is no return, refund or exchange for any reason.

5. Ready-to-wear items

Only ready-to-wear items are eligible for return. A ready-to-wear item may be returned if it is in new, resellable condition. Tags are not required. To start a return, please contact us promptly after you receive your item.

★★★ IMPORTANT — TERMS OF SALE ★★★

!!! ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE — NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES !!!

Terms of Sale

1. Agreement

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase from Caleb & Co and every payment made to Caleb & Co, whether made online, in store or by invoice, including paying for a garment online and then booking a fitting. By checking out or paying online, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Custom orders

Custom garments are made to your measurements and selections. Fabric is purchased specifically for you and tailors are hired for your order. Once tailors are hired and fabric is cut, a custom order cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned or exchanged for any reason.

3. Payment

Unless agreed in writing beforehand, all custom clothing must be paid for in full before fabric is cut and production begins. Any payment plan must be agreed in writing before your order is placed.

4. Fit and alteration allotment

When your garment arrives, you will try it on to confirm it is to your liking, and revisions and alterations are handled at that time.

  • Each custom suit includes a $200 alteration allotment.
  • Each custom shirt includes a $45 alteration allotment.

The same rules apply to suits and shirts: the allotment is applied toward alterations to get your fit right. It does not change the no refund, no return and no exchange policy.

5. Errors by Caleb & Co

If Caleb & Co is negligent and your garment does not match your order details (for example, a black suit arrives brown), Caleb & Co will remake the garment to match your order details exactly, at no cost to you. This remake is the remedy; there is still no return, refund or exchange for any reason.

6. Ready-to-wear

Only ready-to-wear items are eligible for return, and only in new, resellable condition, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Shipping

Free Economy shipping is available on US orders of $50 or more. Otherwise, shipping is at the client's expense, in-state and out-of-state, unless your order states that shipping is included. Caleb & Co makes no money on shipping. See our Shipping Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

Caleb & Co may update these terms from time to time. The terms posted when you place your order apply to that order.
