!!! Custom orders are final sale — no refunds, no returns, no exchanges !!!

  • Fabric is purchased for you and tailors are hired for your order. Once fabric is cut, no refunds for any reason.
  • Fit is confirmed at try-on. Each suit includes a $200 alteration allotment; each shirt includes a $45 alteration allotment.
  • Outside Anchorage? We coordinate a local tailor and cover the first $200 (suit) / $45 (shirt); any amount over the allotment is paid by you.
  • If we make an error (for example, a black suit arrives brown), we will remake it to match your order exactly — at no cost to you.
  • Free Economy shipping on US orders of $50+. Otherwise shipping is paid by the client, in-state and out-of-state.
  • Only ready-to-wear items are eligible for return, in new, resellable condition (tags not required).
